How to do it ?
Book a tour
Choose a date and our Event Sales Manager will show you around our spaces. At the same time, you can discuss your vision over coffee.
Offer
Our team will prepare a price quote for the spaces, and if needed, for catering or other services. Once approved, our Event Manager, who is the head of production, will get in touch with you and guide you through the preparation process.
Day "D"
On the day of the event, you’ll meet with the event manager to check the venue and go over the details. Then the event can begin! Our delivery manager, assistant, and technician will be there to assist you.
Food to Make Your Event Complete
From morning coffee and fresh sandwiches to business lunches, served dinners, and networking receptions. Our head chef, Miroslav Kruft, who previously worked at the legendary Savoy restaurant, will prepare a menu tailored specifically to your event. We’ll take care of everything right here at The Spot, so you can focus entirely on your guests while we handle the catering.
